An experienced and dedicated team
A graduate of Reims Management School, Khalid Ziane began his professional career in 1997 at the BMCE Group where he held successive positions as financial analyst at Maroc Inter-Titres (now BMCE Capital Bourse), Corporate Manager at BMCE Capital and subsequently Investment Manager at one of the first private equity funds in Morocco.
In February 2004, he joined the CDG Group, where he notably participated in the acquisition of the investment company Fipar-Holding and in the development and implementation of its new investment strategy.
Over this first 8-years’ experience, he managed equity portfolios on behalf of institutional investors, coordinated a number of financial advisory missions, including IPOs, commercial paper and bill issues, bond issues, project finance transactions, corporate restructuring and M&A. He also analyzed and implemented several investment deals.
In September 2004, he was appointed Investment Director of Fipar-Holding, COO since September 2009, and subsequently CEO since February 2017.
Khalid Ziane is a board member of several Fipar-Holding’s equity portfolio companies, and presides some of their ad-hoc committees.
During his professional career, Khalid Ziane was accredited by the “Société Française des Analystes Financiers”, he is also a holder of a double postgraduate diploma in French and Moroccan business law from Pierre Mendès France University (Grenoble) and IMADE (Casablanca), and a holder of a certificate of companies board members (Certificat des Administrateurs de Sociétés) from IMA-UIR (Rabat).
